Guarantee Policy

Reservation within 60 days require a 50% Credit Card Deposit within 24 hours of confirmation email from Bosley5. If reservation is beyond 60 days, deposit is due 60 days in advance of the reservation (a reminder for the deposit will be emailed from Bosley5).

Cancellation Policy

Full deposit will be refunded with 30 days cancellation notice. 50% deposit will be refunded with 5 business days notice. There are no refunds with less than 5 business days notice of cancellation.

The Reservation Deposit will include 50% of the stay plus 50% of a fully refundable $250 security deposit. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 48 hours vacancy of the rental in satisfactory condition. Local occupancy tax additional and charged with final balance. Tax amount very based on location.

Pet Policy

A one-time, non-refundable fee of 15.00 per night is required at with deposit. This fee is waived for service animals.
